Bank Transfer
By choosing Bank Transfer as payment method, ordered products will be send only when credit to Tommasi & Tommasi S.r.l./TTA, Inc. checking account is effective. It must occur within 5 working days from the date of order acceptance. After this period the order will be automatically canceled. Bank transfer purpose must include the identifier of the order (year, type and “Customer Order Number”), which can be found in the e-mail order confirmation. Bank on which perform the transfers will be communicated to the acceptance of the order. If the amount is modified for unknown reasons and/or without VAT counting, sum received will not be returned and the product will not be shipped until the payment will be completed.
PayPal
By choosing PayPal as payment method, when the Customer completes the order he will be directed to PayPal login page and the amount of the order is charged to his PayPal account at the time of order. If the order will be canceled by Customer or if it will not be accepted by Tommasi & Tommasi S.r.l./TTA, Inc., the whole amount will be refunded to Customer’s PayPal account. Order can be cancelled as long as the product is not in preparation; order status can be found in “order status” page and it is no longer voidable if the indication is “Preparation in progress”. If the transaction is canceled, Tommasi & Tommasi S.r.l./TTA, Inc. will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by delayed release of amount committed by PayPal. Tommasi & Tommasi S.r.l./TTA, Inc. is not able to check Costumer financial information at any time during the purchase process: since there is no data transmission, these data can not be intercepted. Moreover, these data will not be archived in Tommasi & Tommasi S.r.l./TTA, Inc. archives. Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal about each transaction made with this payment method.
